45ml Lemon Juice
15ml Maple syrup
10ml Egg White (white from one egg)
2 Dashes of Black Walnut Bitters
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake what ya Mumma gave you until the egg white creates froth. It’s a classic.Strain onto rocks or into a coupe glass.
