30 ml Jumping Goat Whisky
20 ml White Whisky
10 ml Dark Cacao Liqueur
15 ml Cinnamon Syrup
15 ml Express Coffee

Topped with milk
Build with Ice in a Short/Old Fashioned Glass
Garnish with ground nutmeg or Cinnamon (Taste fine with out though)
45 ml Jumping Goat Vodka or Whisky
10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
Top with Cola Mate
Pour all the ingredient into a tall glass with ice and garnish with fresh lime.

10 ml Orange Bitters
Stirred over ice and fine strain into a coupe, garnish with a star anise and orange peel.

Shake all the ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass rimed with salty cinnamon.
30 ml Tequila Reposado
30 ml Vermouth Rosso
Stirred over ice and garnish with an orange zest.
15 ml White Rum
15 ml Dark Rum
30 ml Passion Fruit Pulp
60 ml Pineapple Juice
Shake all the ingredients with ice, strain into a Tiki mug with crushed ice and garnish with pineapple.

45mls Jumping Goat Coffee infused whisky
15 mls of chocolate liquer
60mls of Espresso and/or a Premium Filter Brew
Build on Ice in a Short/Old Fashioned Glass
Whip Cream in a Boston Shaker with a pinch of Cayenne Pepper, but not to thick (IT NEEDS TO STILL POUR OUT OF THE SHAKER!!!)
Float cream on top (about a fingers width)
Garnish with 3 coffee beans in the middle of the glass.

Xocolatl Bitters (Mole)

Coat sugar cube in the bitters
Stir in Jumping Goat and Gold Rum until sugar is dissolved

Garnish with an Orange Twist/Zest and a flame cinnamon quill (flamed end in the glass)

Stir all wet ingredients in a mixing glass topped with ice
